can i use whitening gel with essex retainers ? or will it screw them up?
the essex retainers are like plastic trays so the strips are not a option

Yes you can use bleaching solution with essex retainers. Just use a Q-tip to wipe off any excess that may ooz out of the essix. You do not want any of the solution to sit on your gum tissue.
