tooth whitener for sensitive teeth
What is the best way to whiten teeth (senstive teeth)?
I brush my teeth regularly, but my teeth are starting to become stained due to the amount of Diet Coke and tea that I drink. I’m of course cutting down significantly on the amount of diet coke I drink.
I’ve tried whitening my teeth with crest whitening strips but I can only take a few minutes of it. It hurts my teeth! Is there a more natural way to whiten them? Or perhaps a teeth whitener for sensitive teeth?
Yes you have to be a bit careful when it comes to your teeth, especially sensitive teeth like yours. But hydrogen peroxide and baking soda are the most effective home remedies to whiten your teeth, also for sensitive teeth and make sure not to overdo it
Hydrogen peroxide is a very strong and potent natural bleach and disinfectant. For dental care you should only use the hydrogen peroxide 3% or 1,5% varieties, which are diluted enough to use on skin or to rinse teeth
When you use it as a natural teeth whitening agent the fizzing action will kill bacteria and seriously clean your teeth
The most common way to use it is to swish some hydrogen peroxide around in your mouth and around your teeth for 1 minute. Then spit it out, do NOT swallow it!!!
Afterward you might notice that your gums are a bit irritated and it can cause teeth sensitivity when you use it too much over a longer period of time. So make double sure not to use this too often, but it is completely safe when used every now and then. Then brush your teeth as normal, or simply rinse with clear water. When you use this method only do it maximum twice a day
Baking soda dissolves easily, and is a mild abrasive so it can remove stains. It has anti acid properties so it will protect your enamel from acid attacks. It is anti bacterial which protects you from plaque. And it has anti fungal properties, all which makes it very useful as a dental cleaner
You could use baking soda by itself, by putting some baking soda on your toothbrush and gently brush your teeth with it, don’t overdo it. Be careful the baking soda might irritate your gums
Another one which works best for me is to mix baking soda with salt and brush your teeth with this; is very powerful and even when you use it once every 2 days you will notice the difference
A third option is to mix half a tablespoon of baking soda with half a teaspoon of vinegar, add a pinch of salt and brush your teeth with this
Be careful, because you already have sensitive teeth, don’t use these methods too often, they are very powerful and it’s not really necessary to use them every day

Hopefully this will be of any help, good luck!
