How to improve dental work?
Dental hygiene problem?
Here’s my schedule
Brush morning and night
Floss once a day
Use dental scaler/scraper once a week
Drink lots of water, especially after high-sugar items
Brush with toothpaste and hydrogen peroxide for whitening.
Use tongue scrapper.
Wake up in the morning and teeth are brownish. rinse with water/brush and teeth go white again. And the teeth shimmer more than anything else. Reflecting light rather than having a natural color.
So..question is ..what can I do to improve dental hygiene?
your homecare sounds good. do you see the dentist? that would be my only suggestion.
and hydrogen peroxide is pretty brutal on your gums so be careful with that. perhaps try some crest whitening strips.
