homemade teeth whitening gel
Homemade tooth whitening toothpaste?
Hey, Ive tried using tray gels to whiten my teeth but all they have caused me is spotting on my teeth. Can anybody give me a recipe for a whitening toothpaste such as hydrogen peroxide or bicarbonate of soda?

This works super well and the results last forever:
1. Brush your teeth with normal toothpaste
2. Spill some baking soda into your palm
3. Put a few drops of hydrogen peroxide in your palm, until the soda and peroxide make a kind of “paste”
4. Rub your toothbrush in it
5. Coat your teeth with the homemade paste
6. Keep it on there for as long as possible
7. Rinse it off with warm water
Do this about three times a week, and after a couple weeks limit it to about twice a week.
*Note: if you notice that your gums are a little tinged white the first couple times, it’s because they’re probably not properly cleaned beforehand. Just swish some warm water in your mouth, they’ll leave in about a minute.
