How can I remove nicotine stains from my teeth? at home?
I cannot afford dental whitening… is there anything I can do to remove nicotine stains from my teeth? The whitening strips hurt my teeth… I want my teeth to look good again. ANY advice?
I have quit smoking— and the nicotine strips hurt my teeth. I will try the paste… but let it be known… i have quit smoking.
You cannot remove the nicotine stains from your teeth at home just by using toothpaste and such.
You have to get them scaled (scraped) off by a dental professional, like a dentist or dental hygienist.
If you turn them white, the stain is still there…just white instead of brown.
